Raw Cocoa
Raw Cocoa from Kawisari is processed 100% naturally, without the use of chemical ingredients. Grown with natural fertilizers, processed without preservatives, and packaged with environmentally friendly materials.

Produced from the Oldest Plantation in Java – Kawisari Coffee Plantation – which covers an area of 900 hectares, this plantation is located on the slopes of Mount Kelud, Blitar, and has been operating since 1870. The volcanic ash eruptions from Mount Kelud and the well-preserved environment in the plantation ensure the best quality cocoa from Indonesia.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Prepare one cup, add 1-2 tablespoons (5-10 gr) of Raw Cocoa powder for every 180 ml of hot water (~96°C). The optimal brewing time is 4 to 5 minutes.
