Produced from the Oldest Plantation in Java – Kawisari Coffee Plantation – which covers an area of 900 hectares, this plantation is located on the slopes of Mount Kelud, Blitar, which has been operating since 1870. The volcanic ash eruptions from Mount Kelud and the well-preserved environment in the plantation ensure the best quality coffee beans from Indonesia.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Prepare one cup, add 1-2 tablespoons (5-10 gr) of Raw Cocoa powder for every 180 ml of hot water (~96°C). The optimal brewing time is 4 to 5 minutes.

Coffee Blossom Honey (200 ml)

Kawisari’s Coffee Honey is extracted only once a year when the coffee flowers bloom around September/October, each time only for 1-2 days. During those days, the most fragrant scent spreads across the whole plantation attracting the thousands of bees.
